Ordered a case as a gift for a friend's recent house purchase, the case arrived but it was missing one item! I phoned up and a replacement item was sent out but no further compensation offered. Overall I am happy with the service but to really shine and win me over some sort of discount on a future order would have been great (I just ordered another case for a friend).
