Ordered 12 bottles of American Beer for my husband for Christmas and a matching beer glass which is hard to find in the UK. The Parcel arrived quickly but unfortunately the wrong glass was sent. The lovely lady at Beer Merchants organised a replacement glass which arrived safe and sound so I am very happy with the outcome and can't praise them highly enough for their customer service. Good prices, wide choice and great customer service - what's not to like! Thanks.
