Have used Beermerchants a few times now and will always use in future. They forgot to pack my free glass on this occasion but having contacted through Twitter it was with me the next day however royal mail decided to throw my fragile marked package over a six foot fence chipping the glass inside. I tweeted them again not expecting them to be able to do anything however I have today received another glass. Amazing customer service would always recommend :-D PS. The beers are some of if not the best value for money online
