Had a slight problem with the Beer Merchants website ordering system with regard to the lack of a confirmatory e-mail of my order, which forced me to contact them with an enquiry. However once this was quickly sorted out the order was confirmed and the package arrived the next day without further problems. Hence, thanks to the efficient way they dealt with my problem and the speed of delivery, I would definitely use them again.
