The team could not have been more supportive when I mistakenly put in my own delivery address in Southampton instead of my son's in London for his birthday surprise. I was left struggling to find a company who would re-deliver because it was alcohol/liquids/glass but Beer Merchants very kindly arranged pick up and re-delivery for a nominal charge and restored my faith in online purchasing. I can't praise them enough. And my son was delighted with his beer.
