Excellent beers that I can't find elsewhere. Very prompt delivery, packaged securely. The item I ordered should have included cardboard carriers for the beers but they weren't inside the parcel. I telephoned and was assured it wouldn't happen again and they would be sent out straight away. I didn't receive them so had to phone again but the member of staff was most apologetic and sent them via a 'signed for' service and I received them the next day. I would definitely recommend Beer Merchants and will certainly order again. The only reason I didn't give a 'very good' rating was purely because of the cardboard carriers issue but I am sure that this was probably a one-off.
