Have used Beer Merchants several times, with only one problem in the past - a bottle missing. I usually find delivery prompt and the goods of a high standard. I was a bit disappointed with my last order, which disappeared in transit and finally arrived 7 days after it was expected, with a beer missing! Beer Merchants were prompt to reimburse me, but it has made me think twice about ordering again.
