I ordered a simgle 75cl of beer plus 2 mixed cases of German beer which were headlined as containinh 10 nottles each. What arroved was 15 bottles not the expected 21. 4 of the missing bottlea were forwarded on a second delivery following a couple of calls taking the total receoved to 19. The remaining 2 bottles were the subject of further calls and emails. On your website the headline read 10 bottles but within the 'what's inside' tab the beers listed totalled only 9. I was offered no compemsation for my teoubles and short order despite pointing out this was a mis-sale. I have since noticed the error on the site has been corrected. You tell me what score out of 5 that sorry story should attract (as I'm forced to give at lesst 1 to post this message). David Randell
