My complaint is more with Parcelforce than BeerMerchant. They only gave me a couple hours advance notice of my two hour delivery window, and I couldn't change my plans at that point to be home. And they only tried once, didn't try the neighbours (who were home!) So I still don't have the beer because I don't have time and can't really carry them home from the post office. Overall a disappointment.
