Completely satisfied with my beer purchases and the promptness of my order being delivered, but I was highly disappointed with the quality and suitability of the packaging.
I only ordered 8 beers yet they arrived in a box made for 24?! The beers were not compactly or neatly packaged, with some falling out of their compartments, but more importantly than this, it's simply a huge waste of cardboard. Surely you have smaller boxes than this? I can send a photo of necessary.
