The order was shipped quickly, but I had problems with their delivery company (Parcelforce). I tried to contact Beer Merchants by phone, got put through to an answering machine. Also emailed them, but never heard back.
Delivery turned up a day or two later, but Beer Merchant's customer service around the delivery problems could have been better.
