Awful online system means you cannot correct a delivery address if you make a mistake.
I had to email them to rectify instead, which was then ignored until the item had been dispatched.
Item was therefore delivered to the wrong address and the courier faked my signature. I highlighted this to the support team, but a week later I have had no resolution and I am left chasing them - shocking service.
Totally dissatisfied, frustrated and very thirsty!
