Hey Beer Merchants! Your service has been incredible, second to none during this time, literally! Let me explain... So I ordered a case of Belgian blondes from you to send to my boyfriends house to cheer him up during the lockdown, and at the same time, I ordered a collection of fruit beers from you competitors “The Belgian Beer Company” to be sent to myself.... My boyfriend got your order a couple of days later and was overjoyed..... and nearly X2 weeks later, I’d received and heard nothing from your competitor! I enquired on what the status of the delivery was and got a really hostile response, saying that it was lockdown and they were snowed etc..... I wasn’t exactly impressed, especially as their “next day delivery” fee was even a couple of pounds more expensive than yours!! So, I actually cancelled and refunded my order with them, and ordered the fruit beer selection through you too!! Which actually worked out cheaper AND arrived only a few days later! Wanted to say thank you, you’ve been doing a stellar job, and I’ll continue to purchase all the tasty fruit beers with you!! Just wanted to share my story and say keep up the good work :) Yasmin xxx
