After having serious problems with parcel force delivery service, First damaging my package ! then sending me a delivery time slot they didn't keep , I was forced to contact beer merchants & put in a complaint.
Ben did reply to my emails & even give me a phone call to reassure me that he has also been frustrated by parcel force & is looking to change their courier service.
Many thanks to Ben for his commitment to sort this issue out & didn't want an unhappy customer , BIG THUMBS UP BEN .
