Last Friday I had a Beko engineer come to repair my washing machine and dishwasher. What a credit to your company Andrew is. He sent a message to let us know what time he would be here. Very quickly diagnosed what was wrong with the washing machine, he repaired it. The problem is now solved.
The dishwasher needed a new part which he promptly ordered and came today when he said he would. Job now completed and dishwasher working perfectly again.
Can I thank Andrew for his time and attention, and a very refreshing attitude.
