Oven does not heat up properly,never high enough for a roast never low enough for meringues

HORRIBLE company, HORRIBLE products. We purchased a fridge that has had issues from the very beginning. We’ve had it serviced numerous times and rather than replacing it like they should’ve, they kept putting a bandaid on the issues until warranty expired. Now they won’t reply to emails, calls, nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Worst ever customer service, my gas oven damaged in two days, it’s been 1.5months no refund no collection of the defective item we have received.

Very disappointed 😞 trust n reliability on the beko brand of washing machine has gone ground zero for me. Poor quality. Only bought for 6 months break down three times. Water leaking at the side ,and water level non-stop flowing, I can't do my laundry, feel stressed up. I'm seeking a full refund or exchange a new washer machine

Nieuwe vaatwasser eerder dit jaar al kapot, na 1,5 jaar in gebruik te hebben. Sproeiarm defect. Eerst moet er een monteur langskomen om dit vast te stellen (hadden we zelf ook al aangegeven) en vervolgens moet je 2 weken wachten op een vervangend onderdeel die je er vervolgens zelf in mag zetten. Nu, na 8 maanden is hetzelfde onderdeel defect. Maarrr, de machine valt nu een maand buiten garantie. Pech, zegt Beko, kost je 219 euro om een reparateur te laten komen. Voor een vervanging van PRECIES hetzelfde onderdeel wat ze 8 maanden hebben toegestuurd. Daar heb je geen garantie op, zegt Beko, want daar geldt maar 3 maanden garantie op. Oftewel, voor mij nooit meer een Beko. Slechte apparatuur en nog slechtere service.

Less than 1 star honestly this company is a joke. Almost non existent customer service. No reply to emails no acknowledgement. No callback nothing. Just pure silence. Service agent getting the same treatment hahaha this company is a joke. Do not get it. I repeat do not. If you do just off it and donate it away 🤣 it ain’t worth the problems you’ll get after the “warranty runs out “ 🤣 might get better use at a junkyard then in someone’s home

Less than zero is what this company needs as a review,Total utterly rubbish customer service...they run a multimillion pound business but they can't provide call back service and after replacement being approved 3 weeks ago we still waiting for this to be sent out. DON'T BUY BEKO..

beko oven is absolute rubbish cooks at different tempratures in different parts of the oven. cooks around the sides of a pie and middle and bottom raw.

I am not one to leave reviews but in less than a year since we bought the appliances the microwave door broke (cheap plastic), believe me I am careful, I teach my children the same, and much more with new things because it has cost us a lot of work to obtain them, the refrigerator does not cool, thank God we have not gotten sick consuming what we keep there, and the ice part stopped making ice, something broke while I was serving myself ice because even plastic and foam came out of there, I thought it was my drink and threw it away, I checked and threw away all the ice and let what made new then it happened to my children, and we stopped consuming, also the dishwasher does not wash. since July 2025 I reported it and they asked me for photos and I sent them, until today nothing had happened, today I call again and the person on customer service ipologized and sent the request AGAIN, I have called 4 times already and every time I call the person on customer service sents the request but still nothing. We had have guests, my daughter's birthday just passed, and the holidays are coming up and it can't be that my new appliances don't work. This is unacceptable and frustrated!!!. I DO NOT recommend Beko appliances!!!

BEKO refrigerator circulating fan went out, the repair shop ordered a new back wall which the fan was moulded into. Total repair cost $380.00 While waiting for the refrigerator part to arrive the oven control board went out, repair cost $450.00. These appliances are 4 years old, buyer beware of BEKO it’s junk.

I just wrote the previous review 2 days aho about my freezer door being broken! Now My husband took the internal temperature of our refrigerator and it’s 51 degrees! His milk has been going bad after a days for several months now! It’s a miracle we haven’t got ill! Emailed corporate over a week ago, no response, now we have another issue that is series and you cannot get a hold of a company representative back. Looks like we are going to court! Brand new appliances should not break from the go and we just want our money back to get quality ones that actually work. DO NOT BUY BEKO,

They are the worst appliances out there’s our dishwasher NEVER worked from day one. It had a new control panel replaced and it was brand new to begin with! The other day I went to run it, the light was on and nothing! I had to unplug for several hours and then it worked. Our refrigerator water button broke within 6mo and had to be fixed and now our freezer door won’t close properly. You are at their mercy for repairs, still waiting for a call for someone to come out and it’s been over 2 weeks. We wanted out money back right away. What good is a 2yr warranty if no one can service it! These appliances were brand new and both broke and they weren’t even a year old! They are only 1yr and 4mo and still continue to break! DO NOT BUY BEKO

Had 2 refrigerators and a dryer. They all went wrong within a year of purchase. Twice I had the refriegerators repaired but they went wrong again. The dryer is still broken. I decided to cut my losses and bought Panasonic refrigerators. Terrible products. would never recoment and certainly, would never buy again. Keep clear of Beko. Worse than dissapointing.

Junk product. The oven ignitor has been a problem. My wife turn on the oven and your hear puff puff and cannot regulate the temperature. The ignitor and temp probe have both been replaced several times. We are scrapping it and moving on to a Kitchen Aide or LG. The company we purchased it from has been great and is giving us a credit. They stopped selling Beko appliances. What does that tell you. Chinese components that are so poorly manufactured.

After purchasing 4 new appliances...stove bottom burner ignition went. Im having to pay over $500 to replace part & labor. Im just disappointed Duggans/Don's or Beko would cover the cost of part.

For months I've been reaching out to Beko to resolve or repair a range within it's first year of service. They have taken my information , but have nothing to resolve the issue. They don't do folloe ups either. My primary concern is my safety as it pertains to the problems I'm having with the range. For example, one of the front burner's knobs comes off or is loose. Additionally, when you try to turn it on it either does not come on or remains on when the knob is turned to off.

Best range/oven I have cooked with. That includes Jen Air, Thermador and Viking. Love, love, love it!
