“Had 2 refrigerators and a dryer. They all went wrong within a year of purchase. Twice I had the refriegerators repaired but they went wrong again. The dryer is still broken. I decided to cut my losses and bought Panasonic refrigerators. Terrible products. would never recoment and certainly, would never buy again. Keep clear of Beko. Worse than dissapointing.”
“Junk product. The oven ignitor has been a problem. My wife turn on the oven and your hear puff puff and cannot regulate the temperature. The ignitor and temp probe have both been replaced several times. We are scrapping it and moving on to a Kitchen Aide or LG. The company we purchased it from has been great and is giving us a credit. They stopped selling Beko appliances. What does that tell you. Chinese components that are so poorly manufactured.”

“For months I've been reaching out to Beko to resolve or repair a range within it's first year of service. They have taken my information , but have nothing to resolve the issue. They don't do folloe ups either. My primary concern is my safety as it pertains to the problems I'm having with the range. For example, one of the front burner's knobs comes off or is loose. Additionally, when you try to turn it on it either does not come on or remains on when the knob is turned to off.”
“The first dryer I got needed a new motherboard within the first 10 days of ownership. I had them order a new dryer when the first one did not dry the clothes despite the change of motherboard. The new one came in and it doesn't dry the clothes. Everything has been checked by an authorized dealer. They say it all checks out but clothes never dry. It doesn't even get hot. I tested it with 6 pieces of underwear. It did not dry them after 65 minutes! I will never buy another appliance from Beko.”
“Bought a Beko SS Gas range April 2022 - stopped heating in November 2024 - took until January 2025 to get the part to replace the ignitor and it stopped heating again today May 5, 2025. So, no I would not recommend Beko especially at the price of $2,100. Now I have to purchase a new stove which will obviously not be Beko so my appliances will not match.”
“I flip a house every couple of years. I bought Beko appliances for my most recent build after my salesman talked me into them (I later found out Beko was offering salespeople extra incentives to push their appliances.). In less than a year the control board on the oven has gone out and it does not cook evenly. The refrigerator has the noisiest compressor I've ever heard and the rails on the freezer have already failed. I'll never buy a Beko appliance again.”

“Purchased Beko french door refrigerator from Airport Home Applicance 4/2023. Part of the door at the top broke off. Called customer service and was told to order the part and I could put it on myself???????????? I was quite surprised and went to order the part but decided to call back and speak with someone else. I misspoke about the purchase date but when I corrected it I was told they would need to see proof before proceeding. When I asked why when I had called before I was told it was still under warranty but now somehow its not. I can always tell quality products by how they do their customer service. We have had the fridge less then 2 years and already pieces are breaking off, then when you try to get help you get rude behavior and run around from customer service.....order the part and put it on yourself?? If it is a quality product there would be no need for shenanigans. STAY CLEAR OF BEKO PRODUCTS!!! The company doesn't stand behind what they make. If I had the option of giving zero or negative stars I would.”
“My BEKO Bean to Coffee machine only lasted 18months which for an almost £200 machine is not acceptable. Customer service said clean it despite me already telling them it has been fastidious maintained. No offer to replace or acknowledgement that it shouldn't have failed after such a short time. I am extremely disappointed with the service from Beko. Our washing machine has been broken since the 16th of November, and despite an engineer's visit, it remains unfixed. The engineer ordered a part which took two weeks to arrive, and when it was fitted, the machine began to leak. The engineer, in attempting to fix it, scratched our new parquet flooring in the utility room. No apologies were given, and we were only told that someone would be in touch to cover the damage. We are still waiting.
Since then, I have spoken to customer service daily, and I was promised that an engineer would arrive on certain dates. On three occasions, we have waited in all day with no engineer arriving. This constant back-and-forth has been extremely frustrating, and there has still been no resolution.
Our floor is now damaged, and we still do not have a working washing machine. The washing machine is only four months old. We feel that no one at Becko customer service cares about our situation. We are left out-of-pocket with a broken washing machine and scratched wooden flooring in our utility room, which leads through the entire lower level of our house.
Never again will we purchase an item from Beko . The lack of care and poor customer service has been appalling.”
“My husband and I have recently purchased a Beko heat pump at a cost of £450, every single penny of it wasted. Clothes come out of the drier more creased than went in, I advise anyone with a view to purchasing one of these, don't, you will be very disappointed.
My husband and I are 81 and 79 respectively and have had driers all,our married lives, this one is the very worst, I so regret purchasing it. Don't let our age put you off, we are fit, healthy and of sound mind!!!! After sales care is none existent, a shockingly bad company.”

“Beko Range Induction Oven
After an extension was completed we installed a kitchen which included a new Beko Range oven. As we wanted to ensure the oven was in situ when needed we ordered appliances early. Left still boxed it was 6+ weeks after delivery from AO we opened, fitted and used it for the first time.
Both ovens and grill is perfect. Easy to use, heats well and a good design with easy to use control knobs.
The induction job controls are the opposite as far as simple usability.
Touch controls are very difficult to read and almost impossible to use.
First GENTLY touch the power on button then GENTLY touch the hob symbol you want to use then VERY GENTLY stroke the very small arrows to turn the hob on and select the setting you want. Stray from the track of the arrows and you can cause other hobs or even all of them to turn off. Altering the setting of the hob is a nightmare and it’s best to turn the power off and start again as turning a hob in use either up or down is almost impossible. Unfortunately this means problems if you are using more than one hob.
The touch glass must be clean and dry as should your finger. Wash your hands and thoroughly dry your hands , wipe the glass with some kitchen roll, then attempt to turn on or regulate a hob.
Why not have a control knob like the ovens.
This purchase was an expensive mistake. It’s not unreasonable to expect a contemporary oven to hone designed to be usable”

The Becko Oven which I purchased from B&Q store had safety issue was reported by Beko engineer. I made several contacts to both Beko and B&Q and explained the problem they told me it's a safe concern and have not use and will be replaced immediately. But till now the item hasn't been replaced and no action was taken!
Just I feel a filthy customer services should be not ignored nether by B&Q not Beko”
“I would give them a 0 star but it doesn't seem to be an option. The worst product and even worse customer service. I have been messed around for hours, they cancelled my appointment having confirmed it and the washing machine has destroyed my flooring after 2 faults in 2 years”
