The Becko Oven which I purchased from B&Q store had safety issue was reported by Beko engineer. I made several contacts to both Beko and B&Q and explained the problem they told me it's a safe concern and have not use and will be replaced immediately. But till now the item hasn't been replaced and no action was taken!
Just I feel a filthy customer services should be not ignored nether by B&Q not Beko”

“These ranges in my opinion went to market prior to being tested. After buying one, within the first month one of the boards had to be replaced then after close to three years, the ignitor went bad in the stove. I waited nearly a month continually hearing they would be in "the next day". Finally, they admitted they have no idea when they may be coming in so a full refund was issued as a bought an extended warranty. Stay away from this brand. In my opinion it is garbage.”
“Chad from customer service was very helpful when I tried to get my replacement fridge freezer from domestic and general he done everything to help a real credit patient and got my replacement sorted within the hour. I would recommend chad to anyone who needs help.”
“Although the 30" gas range looks amazing, the reliability leaves much to be desired. Within the first month I had a board go bad which was replaced. More recently, the ignitor failed, and the oven would not get past 100 degrees. Called PC Richard as I purchased an extended warranty. After being told for the past 3 weeks the part would be in any day, they finally admitted there is no ETA on that part and issued a full credit of the purchase price and taxes although the warranty is now considered satisfied. Steer clear of Beko products. I have read nothing but bad news about them.”

“Last Friday I had a Beko engineer come to repair my washing machine and dishwasher. What a credit to your company Andrew is. He sent a message to let us know what time he would be here. Very quickly diagnosed what was wrong with the washing machine, he repaired it. The problem is now solved.
The dishwasher needed a new part which he promptly ordered and came today when he said he would. Job now completed and dishwasher working perfectly again.

I purchased a washing machine back in November 23. I have had two different engineers out within the first few weeks as the machine began to leak. This time it is jumping from 14 minutes back to 18 minutes and a 28 minute wash too nearly an hour with the wash not even spinning off at the end of the cycle.
Apparently I have told via email today the my appliance is not plummed in properly and this is the cause (even though a qualified plummer fitted it, just not a beko one) and also machines often jump back and forth with timings? Well the last machine I had for 8 years didn't have this fault and it was sat in the same spot as this one currently is.
They also like to dictate when they will send an engineer without consulting you 1st.
I am still waiting for a call from their so called back office team.
Avoid buying BEKO at all costs, I will I had looked on here before I purchased from them. Worst appliance I have ever owned.”
“I am utterly dismayed by my experience with the BEKO B3T4823DW 8 kg Heat Pump Tumble Dryer. After only 18 months of regular use, this appliance broke down, rendering it completely useless. Despite the considerable investment expecting a durable and reliable product, it failed miserably in a short span which is unacceptable for any consumer.
Contacting BEKO customer service turned out to be an exercise in futility. The manufacturer showed a complete lack of accountability and responsibility. They refused to offer any assistance in repairs or compensation, essentially leaving me with a pricey paperweight. Their indifference to my situation was appalling, with representatives showing no empathy or willingness to resolve the issue.
I cannot overstate my disappointment. It is evident that the quality and customer service are not priorities for this company. I strongly advise potential buyers to consider other options where customer satisfaction and product reliability are actually valued. Save yourself the money and the headache; steer clear of BEKO!”

Kept calling customer care, I have already registered the product, still asking for more details every time I ring them but never willing to help even after a whole month of phone calls and stuff.
