"Owner of Beko should be arrested for fraud\r\nOnly left one star because I couldn\u2019t leave zero. Very long story short been in conflict with them now for a month. Firstly everything from their dishwasher to their customer service is way below reliable or professional. Dishwasher broke after 2 years of use, on\/off switch not working, so thinking I would get it professionally fixed by the company who made it I called the repair service at Beko. They sent an imbecile of a repair man to look at it. He didn\u2019t even attempt to fix it but told me he needed the \u00a3129 fee to order parts. I was told by the phone operator that this needed to be paid on completion of the job, when I told repair man this he said policy had changed and he couldn\u2019t order parts unless I paid. Reluctantly I did so! Never again! He said he would be back when the parts arrived, this man had no people skills was rude and didn\u2019t listen, the type that likes to talk over you. A phone call from Beko a week later said he was now sick and couldn\u2019t come back for another 2 weeks. Not happy with this timescale as I could have rang a local repair man to fix it on the same day I asked for a refund. Bearing in mind it took several phone calls on hold for at least half an hour each time and talking to very unhelpful people who sounded like they had just rolled out of bed. I eventually got a call back from Mohammed who said he was a Team Leader stating that he would only refund \u00a364 because the engineer had been out. It was a like it or lump it situation they have you over a barrel. I explained the repair man did NOTHING BUT TAKE MY MONEY. Mohammed apologised but nothing further. Because of the lack of refund I thought I would get my monies worth and begrudgingly agreed to them continuing with the fix. The engineer turned up again in his usual sarcastic tone couldn\u2019t fix the dishwasher again said he needed more parts!!!!! Dismantled my kitchen and refused to put it back saying he would do it when he returned with the part. I have small children so it was not safe. Obviously I wasn\u2019t happy about this so wrote an email asking again for a refund and made a formal complaint. Told them I was cancelling the repair and that their engineer would not step foot in my house again. I\u2019ve not heard a word from them but engineer hasn\u2019t rang to say when he\u2019s coming again so I know the visit has been cancelled but they are plainly ignoring me for the refund. \r\n\r\nSo if you want to be robbed, have your house vandalised and ignored use Beko by all means. But I strongly advise that you avoid all things Beko. They don\u2019t even care when you tell them you are calling trading standards or leaving bad feedback. Absolute fraudsters!!!!!!"
