“Worst customer service ever. I have a coffee machine that has broken down. It's only 4 months old. I have produced proof of purchase, it was registered on their website warranty, I bought it from Thier Amazon shop and they are refusing to exchange it. I've spent 4 days so far ringing them, and I have been told different information every time.
Can't get to speak to manager though. It's always they'll call you back with in 24 hours and they never do.”

“I bought an integrated Beko fridge/ freezer in October 2025. The fridge initially appeared to work (lights came on) and we paid a fitter to fit the fridge into our kitchen. We bought a full shop, and stored the food in the fridge. We quickly realised that the fridge did not cool. All our fridge food went off, and the food in the freezer defrosted.
I have contacted Beko on multiple occasions via phone and email. I have explained the situation (we have a baby at home who needs milk and antibiotics to be kept in the fridge).
Beko do not care. They keep sending engineers out to 'fix' the issue. One engineer said the fridge was in 'demo mode' and another engineer has added that the fridge requires a 'regas'. We are highly suspicious that the fridge is an EX-DISPLAY MODEL, and Beko have refused to comment upon this. The engineers, to date, have been unable to fix the issue, and they keep sending new engineers (with 2 week waiting times in-between). Beko are refusing my requests for a refund or replacement, as they believe they are able to fix the issue. We have been without a working fridge for a very long time and the customer service has been really disappointing. At one time, I was told to 'tell my baby to stop screaming otherwise they will hang up the phone'. My baby is crying because I can't give him attention whilst I am on hold for a long time trying to get through to customer services and achieve an acceptable resolution.
I will never buy from Beko again and would advise everyone else to avoid due to their faulty products, but most importantly their poor customer service and engineer incompetence.”

If the product needs a repair, the aftercare customer service is horrendous. We have been waiting two months for a replacement part.
I was told it would be in stock before Christmas, and then in a "few weeks" and finally "by the 23rd January".
I have already paid for the repair. They have taken my money.
I cannot get through on the phone: "They are not taking calls". The chat agent is a bot. It closed on me when an agent entered the chatbox all day today. They leave without helping in any way whatsoever.
I am contacting Trading Standards and Citizens Advice Today.”
“I have all Beko appliances in my home( purchased a new double wide with them in it). First thing that didnât work was the door on the detergent for the dishwasher will not close so I have to use the pods only in it. Then the stove is very unpredictable in cooking. Sometimes it burn the top of food but wonât cook the middle. The top burner comes on instead of the bottom but the indicator shows the bottom one on. The warmer âeyeâ has never worked. Now the microwave screen is going out. And sometimes the turntable turns when it is not on. And The refrigerator will stop making ice.
Looking to replace them,asap.”

“Nieuwe vaatwasser eerder dit jaar al kapot, na 1,5 jaar in gebruik te hebben. Sproeiarm defect. Eerst moet er een monteur langskomen om dit vast te stellen (hadden we zelf ook al aangegeven) en vervolgens moet je 2 weken wachten op een vervangend onderdeel die je er vervolgens zelf in mag zetten.
Nu, na 8 maanden is hetzelfde onderdeel defect. Maarrr, de machine valt nu een maand buiten garantie. Pech, zegt Beko, kost je 219 euro om een reparateur te laten komen. Voor een vervanging van PRECIES hetzelfde onderdeel wat ze 8 maanden hebben toegestuurd. Daar heb je geen garantie op, zegt Beko, want daar geldt maar 3 maanden garantie op.
Oftewel, voor mij nooit meer een Beko. Slechte apparatuur en nog slechtere service.”

“BEKO refrigerator circulating fan went out, the repair shop ordered a new back wall which the fan was moulded into. Total repair cost $380.00 While waiting for the refrigerator part to arrive the oven control board went out, repair cost $450.00. These appliances are 4 years old, buyer beware of BEKO itâs junk.”
