For months I've been reaching out to Beko to resolve or repair a range within it's first year of service. They have taken my information , but have nothing to resolve the issue. They don't do folloe ups either. My primary concern is my safety as it pertains to the problems I'm having with the range. For example, one of the front burner's knobs comes off or is loose. Additionally, when you try to turn it on it either does not come on or remains on when the knob is turned to off.
