The first dryer I got needed a new motherboard within the first 10 days of ownership. I had them order a new dryer when the first one did not dry the clothes despite the change of motherboard. The new one came in and it doesn't dry the clothes. Everything has been checked by an authorized dealer. They say it all checks out but clothes never dry. It doesn't even get hot. I tested it with 6 pieces of underwear. It did not dry them after 65 minutes! I will never buy another appliance from Beko.
