I am extremely disappointed with the service from Beko. Our washing machine has been broken since the 16th of November, and despite an engineer's visit, it remains unfixed. The engineer ordered a part which took two weeks to arrive, and when it was fitted, the machine began to leak. The engineer, in attempting to fix it, scratched our new parquet flooring in the utility room. No apologies were given, and we were only told that someone would be in touch to cover the damage. We are still waiting.
Since then, I have spoken to customer service daily, and I was promised that an engineer would arrive on certain dates. On three occasions, we have waited in all day with no engineer arriving. This constant back-and-forth has been extremely frustrating, and there has still been no resolution.
Our floor is now damaged, and we still do not have a working washing machine. The washing machine is only four months old. We feel that no one at Becko customer service cares about our situation. We are left out-of-pocket with a broken washing machine and scratched wooden flooring in our utility room, which leads through the entire lower level of our house.
Never again will we purchase an item from Beko . The lack of care and poor customer service has been appalling.
