Extremely disappointed with my Beko frost free fridge freezer purchased in July 2020 which has now stopped working so called engineer out at a cost of £134 for a repair and £69 if it can't be repaired. The engineer has been and told me that he is unable to repair the unit and so I spoke to the customer services team to see if they would help but they said that the warranty had lapsed and so there was nothing they could do but surely the unit should last longer than two years, and so for that reason I would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from them. It will be interesting to see how long it takes to get my refund.

Owner of Beko should be arrested for fraud Only left one star because I couldn’t leave zero. Very long story short been in conflict with them now for a month. Firstly everything from their dishwasher to their customer service is way below reliable or professional. Dishwasher broke after 2 years of use, on/off switch not working, so thinking I would get it professionally fixed by the company who made it I called the repair service at Beko. They sent an imbecile of a repair man to look at it. He didn’t even attempt to fix it but told me he needed the £129 fee to order parts. I was told by the phone operator that this needed to be paid on completion of the job, when I told repair man this he said policy had changed and he couldn’t order parts unless I paid. Reluctantly I did so! Never again! He said he would be back when the parts arrived, this man had no people skills was rude and didn’t listen, the type that likes to talk over you. A phone call from Beko a week later said he was now sick and couldn’t come back for another 2 weeks. Not happy with this timescale as I could have rang a local repair man to fix it on the same day I asked for a refund. Bearing in mind it took several phone calls on hold for at least half an hour each time and talking to very unhelpful people who sounded like they had just rolled out of bed. I eventually got a call back from Mohammed who said he was a Team Leader stating that he would only refund £64 because the engineer had been out. It was a like it or lump it situation they have you over a barrel. I explained the repair man did NOTHING BUT TAKE MY MONEY. Mohammed apologised but nothing further. Because of the lack of refund I thought I would get my monies worth and begrudgingly agreed to them continuing with the fix. The engineer turned up again in his usual sarcastic tone couldn’t fix the dishwasher again said he needed more parts!!!!! Dismantled my kitchen and refused to put it back saying he would do it when he returned with the part. I have small children so it was not safe. Obviously I wasn’t happy about this so wrote an email asking again for a refund and made a formal complaint. Told them I was cancelling the repair and that their engineer would not step foot in my house again. I’ve not heard a word from them but engineer hasn’t rang to say when he’s coming again so I know the visit has been cancelled but they are plainly ignoring me for the refund. So if you want to be robbed, have your house vandalised and ignored use Beko by all means. But I strongly advise that you avoid all things Beko. They don’t even care when you tell them you are calling trading standards or leaving bad feedback. Absolute fraudsters!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY, POOR QUALITY, AWFULL CUSTOMER SERVICE, Bought integrated dishwasher, after one-year start leaking near the door, steam coming out damaging worktop. As it was in 2 years guarantee called beko for the engineer. Engineer came unscrewed the item, made visual check and assessed that the cause is a badly levelled device. I questioned this saying that the device was levelled according to beko's instructions. I used a spirit level to prove it. The engineer replied that he does not care what the instruction saying, because he sees the water flowing from the back to the front. It is worth mentioning that the bottom is not flat but profiled so that the water flows down the drain. Engineer said that the rear leg must be replaced to level the device. After a few weeks, I got confirmation of the second visit, but the engineer did not come, no message or telephone cancelling the visit. The whole thing has been escalated. After a month and a half from reporting the defect, I got a response that they will not take care of it and that I should ask the seller

Beko oven takes a lot longer to cook things for a sample to cook a chicken it takes about 45min to 1hr longer than it says to bake a cake takes 25-35min longer than any oven we have had

Cheap and cheerful fridge, I had had mine for 4 years now and its still running perfect.

We paid close to £1,000 for an American style fridge freezer with warranty included. We chose this make due to the warranty includes as opposed to their competitors. The mechanism on the water dispenser broke within 6months of use and they have refused to replace it free of charge. They have said its not covered in the warranty and we have to pay £90-£130 for a sub contracted engineer to come to our home to assess it and fix it. We feel this product was mis-sold to us as these financial constraints weren't made clear at the time of purchase or as part of the warranty explanation. We are extremely disappointed and would not purchase a Beko product again after this experience. Very bad customer service. Genuine faults like this should be fixed, free of charge.
