My filthy experience with Beko and B&Q customer service name list I contacted and didn't solve problem; Asisipho, Olona,Atiyyah, Lisa, B&Q peckham.dutymanager, Sandra The Becko Oven which I purchased from B&Q store had safety issue was reported by Beko engineer. I made several contacts to both Beko and B&Q and explained the problem they told me it's a safe concern and have not use and will be replaced immediately. But till now the item hasn't been replaced and no action was taken! Just I feel a filthy customer services should be not ignored nether by B&Q not Beko
