My BEKO Bean to Coffee machine only lasted 18months which for an almost £200 machine is not acceptable. Customer service said clean it despite me already telling them it has been fastidious maintained. No offer to replace or acknowledgement that it shouldn't have failed after such a short time. Cheap junk imo. Steer clear of this brand
