I ordered 3 pairs of shoes to try for my wedding. None was quite right and they weren’t very comfortable, as advertised. I tried to return them and purchase a few more pairs, only to find the fine print says you have to ship them back yourself. This cost me over $50 at the lowest option. I’m disappointed in that experience and it is keeping me from wanting to continue trying new options. I would expect better return service from a designer online shoe retailer.
