It’s awful the way this company treats people. My wife bought shoes from them for our wedding, took only one of them out of the box at the dress shop (carpet & with clean feet) to try it on. It didn’t fit so we sent back, but Bella Belle refused to honor the return because of a “toe mark” on the shoe my wife tried on. All she did was try on one shoe for maybe a minute. When they sent the shoes back I didn’t see this toe mark they’re talking about. The shoes are in perfect condition, yet they won’t accept the return. It’s borderline criminal and I would strongly encourage anyone to steer clear of Bella Belle. There are plenty of other wedding shoe stores that would never do this to their customers.
