My shoes were packaged beautifully and look very true to the pictures online. They are also true to size and very comfortable for someone with slightly wider feet. I wish that the laces were ironed out or slightly less stiff because they aren't the prettiest right out of the box and for my first try-on. I'm sure they will be perfect with a little work.
