I was a little nervous of buying from a company in a different country that I’d not heard of before. The shoes that arrived however were beautiful and comfortable. Sadly I didn’t order them in time for my wedding dress fitting so had to return them. When Id not received the refund after a week, I wrote to Bella Belle. They sent a prompt and reassuring response. Soon after I received the full refund. I’m disappointed I didn’t get to wear their shoes.
