The return policy is unrealistically strict and frankly takes advantage of buyers. The shoes that I sent back had only the slightest toe marks. Everything else was in mint condition. Plus, I had to pay to ship them back. AND the shoes that I received for an exchange also had very slight toe marks (not mine!) and I didn’t bother to contact the company. I would have, had I known that I was going to be given a hard time. I don’t see how Bella Belle will ever have repeat customers. The shoes are pretty. They are somewhat comfier than other brands but not as comfortable as advertised. Lastly, I was in between sizes and had to buy a heel filler. It just seems like the design and construction doesn’t match the price or marketing. Overall, I would not recommend Bella Belle. If you “want to make it better,” please accept my return and refund me the price of the shoes plus the extra shipping.
