The wrong shoes were sent the first time. I ordered block heels but they sent me kitten. The box was mislabeled, but they should check inside the box
before they are sent out to people. Because it was their mistake, they did send me a shipping label which was good, but it was still a huge hassle having to pack them back up and take them to get shipped back. I did receive the correct pair eventually but for $300-$400 dollar shoes, quality control should be better.
