I bought them at the end of 2021, but had to delay my wedding to June 2024. I kept them in cool conditions in the original packaging, took them out on the day, peeled off the plastic, slipped them on. 5 hours later, the front of the shoe was flapping off. On my wedding day! Customer services recommended getting a cobbler but that does not go back and fix the stress and upset on my wedding day. I had to wear flip flops! After spending a lot of money on these shoes that is wrong. Absolutely no sympathy or compensation from customer services.
