The Courtney shoe was beautiful but the heel is extremely narrow. I am a size 6.5 and do NOT have wide, large feet, and I slid all over the place in these. There was no real support strap to keep my heel in place. I couldn't justify the cost to not feel stable all day. I also wasn't wild about the toe cleavage. They are extremely beautiful though.
