Gorgeous shoes for one time wear. I love the style and comfort of these shoes but the quality does not live up to what is claimed. The soles of my shoes were completely ruined after wearing them for a few hours on my wedding day (the ceremony and reception were both indoors). Be sure to peel off the “protective” plastic. When I contacted the company, the Bella Bell Shoes representative first dismissed my concern by suggesting, “peel off the protective plastic and you’re ready for many more wears!” Then, she blamed the protective plastic for an uneven wear. I would not have paid this much for a one time use and am very disappointed in the company for the lack of customer service I received. But you will love these shoes if money and lasting quality is not a concern!
