First purchase of Ruby Lace bra. Tried on and fitted okay. Had read a couple of reviews on another site advising fabric was scratchy. I hand washed the bra in delicate laundry liquid and couple of days later wore it. Half way through the morning it was irritating me and I had a rash on the scallop edge of the band. Photographed it and advised Bella Bodies - was advised because I'd washed it and worn it, it couldn't be returned and sorry it didn't work out for you. Bad customer PR as far as I'm concerned. Some form of compensation would have been nice even if it was the international postage refunded. I have unsubscribed and won't be using this company again. They even admitted they have had a few comments re the scratchy fabric (although not many).
