I ordered the 3pack but the wrong size. I returned them the next day and requested the next size up. They didn’t have that size so Bella Bodies refunded me my money. It was all quick and easy.
My tip would be, instead of doing a refund so quickly, maybe ring the customer and ask them if they would like something else or different colours etc. Now I have to re-order and start again, pay more postage (it cost me $15 to send it back and didn’t get a refund on postage, which is normal).
It would save a lot of hassle and maybe loss of customers too.
