Positves: *the items I ordered appeared to be made of superb quality and looked absolutely stunning and beautiful; very soft and original garments (I did want to keep them but they just didn't work for me) * I kept a vest that fits perfectly and I am sure that I will get many years of use out of it * I am very grateful that my store credit is going to be paid back to me again - I really appreciate that thank you Negatives: * Email contact slow as the head office seems to be based in Australia - maybe I should have used the phone instead * Customer service was ok, not overly warm hearted, more like "matter of fact" and not everything I mentioned was acknowledged * Returns/Refunds slow and be aware that you have to pay for your returns (in the UK almost £4) * Personally for me the bra's were far too tight/too snug on my shoulders and neck. I am super sensitive due to injuries in that area so they just didn't work for me but I am sure they will be perfect for women without these issues * Be aware products are made in China
