Absolutely heads above other online stores when it comes to customer service and satsifaction. They go above and beyond to please their customers. One time I ordered something they later realized was out of stock and they sent it to me when it was in stock- free of charge since it was their mistake-no questions asked. Super helpful, friendly and quick people working for this company and I love the specialty products they carry- my kind of beauty and lifestyle products.
