I have been happy with *MOST* of the hair I have purchased and installed for clients. I was very unhappy with one infinity weft I purchased. The color did not match the swatch even when it first came, and it faded so much it was pretty awful. It also had bald spots after just 6 months of wear.
Also….I returned some hair and the return was approved and received….and I STILL do not have the money refunded after 2 months. And when I call and leave messages about it, nobody ever calls me back.
