“This is the second time I’ve ordered hair from Bellami and something was wrong.. This color is so gray. It makes absolutely no sense because I just ordered this exact color for my client and put it in her hair and it looks great and then I just ordered the same exact color for myself and there is no way that these are the same color. Mine is completely gray. The hair has already went up in price and I don’t know if this was a bad batch of hair or what but I am so mad that I spent that much money on hair that looks nothing like it should.”

“The quality of the hair went drastically down after 1 wash. I am a hairstylist, deciding which hair to use for my clients and all I can say is I’m very disappointed. I use a heat protectant, masks and brush often. There’s no reason it should be snarled and dry. It is not luxury hair.”

“The hair quality is not bad, however the back of the hair tangles a lot, and it is not something that is common with brand new set of hair extensions (I have been wearing clip in hair extensions for more than 10 years now, and never had an issue with tangling with the brand new set). It blends nicely though, but that is probably due to the fact I bought mine in store in NYC, and the very kind shop assistant helped out a lot with the color suggestion.”
