The quality of hair has gone down a lot while the price has gone up along with tariffs. Love the different varieties of install methods. Tons of colors.

Honestly used to love BELLAMI and would only use their hair but within the last 3 months I’ve noticed how the quality of the hair has really gone down. The hair is now more expensive for more shedding, tangles and rougher feel to the hair. I finally made the tough decision to switch brands after having clients complain.

I would have to say within the last year. The quality of the hair is not as nice. Shedding is extremely more noticeable. Hair quality is dryer within the first two months of having the product. I’m very disappointed in Bellami Hair wefts.

This is my honest review. I personally love this brand but feel as though my hair extension quality is not up to par with the price that was paid. They have been shedding horribly and matting very easily, if I don’t brush my hair every hour or more it’s always unmanageable from the knots. I also take very good care of my hair and oil it every day, wash it once a week if not less and use heat even less then that.

The color did not match the swap online! I contacted KIM with customer service and did not get a response until another response was sent! Unless you see the color in person…do not recommend! Customer service could be better! Especially with how much u spend!my hair stylist even said they do not match and she is contacting her representative with bellami to get help!

I have been happy with *MOST* of the hair I have purchased and installed for clients. I was very unhappy with one infinity weft I purchased. The color did not match the swatch even when it first came, and it faded so much it was pretty awful. It also had bald spots after just 6 months of wear. Also….I returned some hair and the return was approved and received….and I STILL do not have the money refunded after 2 months. And when I call and leave messages about it, nobody ever calls me back.

I love bellami hair & have ordered a few times and never have been dissapointed. I order the hair for myself to get installed & this recent purchase however was dissapointing. I ordered 1 pack of dark brown hair & then 1 pack of dimensional bronde hair that in the photo on the website had warm brown & darker brown lowlights and blonde. When I received the extensions the dark brown package was true to the photo but the dimensional bronde pack was NOTHING AT ALL like the photo. It was mostly COOL blonde with very few lowlights. I had to tone that hair 3 different times to get it to match my natural hair. I spend a lot of money for my dream hair and it’s upsetting that I don’t receive what im expecting. I believe you guys messed up my order and sent the wrong hair.

When I first started using Bellami I loved it! But recently the quality has been awful. All the blondes turn brassy and the lowlights fade out very fast. The hair itself feels very dry and breaks easily. I’ve also had two incidences where the wefts become very matted for no reason. Clients are only getting four to six months out of their wefts with proper use. Very disappointing. I’ve stopped selling Bellami because of the quality sadly. I wish the quality was what it used to be.

I have to say, the color quality has definitely gone down, and from what I can tell also the education. It’s extremely disappointing that you guys sell wefts to the public, making it very hard for stylists to sell hair and profit anything at all or at least cover the cost of our tools. Attached is a picture of a Bellami “educator” passing a class.

The order arrived quick but I was surprised at the color. Even my stylist agreed that it has a green tint to it. The ends are already very dry after 3 washes. I use only a blow dryer set on low. I condition the ends with a leave in conditioner and they are noticeably brittle.

Product is great, the inability to ship on the weekends is why the score is lowered. My last two purchases did not make it in time for my clients needs. Bellami offers 2-day shipping, but technically does not. If ordered on Friday- the item is never available for monday. My feedback is promote 2-day shipping Monday through thursday, or have someone in on Saturday morning to fulfill friday orders. Thank you.

Hair quality has gone down. Quit selling to clients or those not licensed. It brings down the professionalism in our industry. Only certified and licensed stylists should be allowed to purchase.
