“Bellami PRO was absolutely amazing when I started using 5 years ago. Since then I feel like the color selection has greatly improved, the infinity weft make customization much easier, however, I have had complaints from more than 75% of the last 10 orders for matting at the spine which almost always requires a reinstall , tangling which makes move ups hard, and extreme color discoloration (to the warm side typically) to the point that their left over hair is up to 5 shades different and they must purchase new hair at their 2 month mark or change their own hair color. All of clients use SULFATE FREE, usually Bellami, and minimal heat with healthy hair. They are pushing to find another line that is more consistent for their money however they respect my opinion and I have stuck with Bellami and made them feel more comfortable with the great warranty.”

“We have experience discoloration and hair turning green with multiple clients, we could try blame the water but these clients live in different locaions and use all salon products. We were pretty shocked as we hold bellami at the highest quality and did not expect this as we sell the hair as luxury quality to clients.”

“The class was great and I appreciated the way they worked with me. One thing I noticed after the fact was that she taught us the basics and’s everything but she never went back in to tell us the correct way it was done when you aren’t scrunching for time. I know we only had 2 days and I got enough out of it that I think I’ll be okay.”

“I like the new infinity wefts- I wish the flex weft were better. You obviously know how to manufacture the hair without the return mustache, it's a bummer you chose not to do that for both of the new products.”

“Been wearing Bellami extensions for about 7 years now. Recently these last 2 years I’ve been wearing the brown wefts. I love how much they hold up in my hair but I don’t love how the color of the extensions is fading and I have to color them to match”

“Most of the extensions I’ve received have been great! There was a handful of times that one color (pearl blonde) was a little low quality for my clients. Other than that everything has been great.”

“The last order I received was a blonde Infiniti lift. It looked overprocessed and frazzled on the ends. I got a hold of my rep and was able to exchange it before the customer came in but even the new hair that came in was still a bit dry looking I installed it hoping that we do OK I’ll have to see if she comes back”

“Hair quality and all is great. I just wish they wouldn't put the single sided tape on site and say for retaping hair extensions. Twice now I've purchased it by accident. I don't want to go back on amd just purchase tape because shipping is nearly as much as tape. My mistake but I saw for RETAPING and just hit the button. So I'll wait until I need to make a larger purchase again and add the right tape to order”
