“The quality of the hair went drastically down after 1 wash. I am a hairstylist, deciding which hair to use for my clients and all I can say is I’m very disappointed. I use a heat protectant, masks and brush often. There’s no reason it should be snarled and dry. It is not luxury hair.”

“The hair quality is not bad, however the back of the hair tangles a lot, and it is not something that is common with brand new set of hair extensions (I have been wearing clip in hair extensions for more than 10 years now, and never had an issue with tangling with the brand new set). It blends nicely though, but that is probably due to the fact I bought mine in store in NYC, and the very kind shop assistant helped out a lot with the color suggestion.”

“I've been a customer of Bellamy for the last 7 years but I've noticed within the last year the quality is not the same one time I had to take 2 boxes back because they were completely A disaster and the company did a test and they agreed that this is not up to their standards and they gave me 2 boxes for free to replace that Which I appreciate but then I buy another box and although the hair is better it's not how it used to be. The quality is just not the same can you please get Bellamy to the standards that it used to be.”
