I had a communication problem using email with Rolf. I was asking him to change my order less than 24 hrs after I placed it because I mistakenly ordered the wrong size cushion covers at $170. He responded with the option if I wanted to cancel the order. I said yes with intent to then place the size covers I needed. Well, he cancels it for me and included to tell me I would not be refunded! I've never heard of such a strict policy from any merchant! I had all intent of placing the order with them but just in another size. Horrible customer service! Seems that they are more concerned of getting your money than helping the customer!
