“I had a communication problem using email with Rolf. I was asking him to change my order less than 24 hrs after I placed it because I mistakenly ordered the wrong size cushion covers at $170. He responded with the option if I wanted to cancel the order. I said yes with intent to then place the size covers I needed. Well, he cancels it for me and included to tell me I would not be refunded! I've never heard of such a strict policy from any merchant! I had all intent of placing the order with them but just in another size. Horrible customer service! Seems that they are more concerned of getting your money than helping the customer!”
“Fabric was perfect and high end, color perfect but after washing the shrinkage is so extreme that getting one of the covers on is impossible. I’ve lived for years with it unzipped and a blanket over it to hide that fact. Finally broke down and washed couch cover again and it’s same battle! Cushion covers fit fine but couch cover is horrible. Too much money to have to struggle to get this on and then have to hide the unzipped portion. Would not use them again. Zipper on one cushion broke after third year. It’s pinned to keep it on.”
“Absolutely terrible experience with Bemz. Ordered covers for my IKEA sofas, when they arrived none of them fit. Complained to the company, sent photos, measurements, everything, they refused to give a refund or replacement. Instead, blamed me saying they must have shrunk in the washing machine. Stay far away from this company unless you want to risk throwing money away.”
“Everything was as shown on website. Shipped from Lithuania. I should have asked for samples before ordering (the color is a little bit off from another chair). Good fabric. Well cut, well sewn, like the original from Ikea. A very good experience from the beginning to the end. I'm very satisfied with the end result.”

“I order three covers in a linen fabric. They came horribly wrinkled. I decided to see if I washed one maybe the wrinkles would come out. I used cold water and no soap. It came out worse. It shrunk and now is shorter than the sofa. They don’t fit right around the corners . I am embarrassed that I spent this amount of money for something that looks ridiculous. I got these because I was doing a high end air b n b and wanted not to worry about spills and wear from guests. Seriously when you have an air b n b you don’t have time to iron or steam. These could take hours and hours to get the wrinkles out. I am so disappointed. Don’t spend your money it’s a waste. Oh they look good on their website and social media. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Now I have three new ikea sofas and three ridiculous looking covers. I am going to seek them on marketplace at a loss if anyone wants them. I highly doubt it.”
“Covers arrived very poorly made and didn’t fit at all. After sending photos and measurements of the cover they admitted they were faulty and I had to send them back as they wouldn’t do a return. I had to buy new covers (which fitted much better) and return the old ones. They still haven’t refunded my money even though the tracking shows the return arrived at their factory almost 3 weeks ago. They are refusing to give me my £400 back until the factory registers the return. Don’t buy from this company. I have had nothing big issues with them.”
“I bought a cover for a Friheten sofa which cost nearly half the price of the sofa because I thought it would be convenient to have a washable cover. Brand new it looked okay but somewhat tight in the corners and needed to be constantly straightened. Then after the first wash, despite following washing instructions, it shrunk to the point that the velcro in the corners wouldn't attach. So most of the time the cover looks sloppy. A "washable" cotton cover would be great if it came pre-shrunk. This one is a nuisance”
“I had to pay $80 deducted to send back a defective horrible quality cover that I waited forever for.
Constant back-and-forth and really awful customer service, did not offer a proper replacement free of charge after admitting that it wasn’t made correctly/did not have the padding to properly fit the furniture. I was told my refund deduction would be only $40, they did not mention all of the other fees that would actually be double the cost… What I feared would be the price of deduction $80. Not an honest company, I could not believe the quality of the fabric… Insane mark-ups.”
