“Covers arrived very poorly made and didn’t fit at all. After sending photos and measurements of the cover they admitted they were faulty and I had to send them back as they wouldn’t do a return. I had to buy new covers (which fitted much better) and return the old ones. They still haven’t refunded my money even though the tracking shows the return arrived at their factory almost 3 weeks ago. They are refusing to give me my £400 back until the factory registers the return. Don’t buy from this company. I have had nothing big issues with them.”
“I bought a cover for a Friheten sofa which cost nearly half the price of the sofa because I thought it would be convenient to have a washable cover. Brand new it looked okay but somewhat tight in the corners and needed to be constantly straightened. Then after the first wash, despite following washing instructions, it shrunk to the point that the velcro in the corners wouldn't attach. So most of the time the cover looks sloppy. A "washable" cotton cover would be great if it came pre-shrunk. This one is a nuisance”
“I had to pay $80 deducted to send back a defective horrible quality cover that I waited forever for.
Constant back-and-forth and really awful customer service, did not offer a proper replacement free of charge after admitting that it wasn’t made correctly/did not have the padding to properly fit the furniture. I was told my refund deduction would be only $40, they did not mention all of the other fees that would actually be double the cost… What I feared would be the price of deduction $80. Not an honest company, I could not believe the quality of the fabric… Insane mark-ups.”
