When Benetton are good they are good, but when bad...I keep buying their sweaters, which turn out to be too short, though they look normal on the website (misleading). Return paperwork is either not included or included in part, I have now lost money on a returned sweater that had some paperwork missing (through no fault of mine) which is unrefunded, their customer services are appalling...What adds insult to injury are their hypocritical statements how easy it is to return something. Bad service and getting worse.
