Awful customer experience buying online. I have been buying clothes only online last 6, 7 years and I had good experiences and bad ones, but Benetton is different league. From the moment I finally managed to buy shirts online (first couple of attempts failed due to their web issues) problems started. It says that on their website that order will be delivered between 3 to 5 working days, and when I saw that after 5 working days it is not even shipped I sent email to customer service. Of course few days went by, they never replied and then I tried to call them. Lady answered and she told me completely cold that they have a high volume currently and that I should wait. So currently it has been two weeks since I ordered and hopefully I will get my shirts by end of summer. Hopefully
