We arrived at Alicante airport
Checked into beniconect service desk
Got to the bus as it was pulling away
Went back to service desk told to wait at one side
Left there for 20 minutes
No information given to me
Went outside waited another 30 minutes before driver turned up
Then waited another 30 minutes on the bus for late passengers
All in all a terrible experience
Would not use beniconect again
