“Consider avoiding this service for the following reasons:
1. They won't refund, even if you've been a long time customer,.so I class.thatbas very poor customer service, they only care about keeping the money. No reason for not refunding or allowing a credit or change of date.
2. You cannot change your booking with less than 24 hours prior to departure. Even if you booked less.than 24 hours before and didn't tell you this even when booked over the phone
3. Often, even with Express, you are left sat on the bus in the airport far longer than the 30 minutes they state
4. During quieter periods you get the Standard service even if you paid for Express.
Can be an ok service, but I now try to avoid. Cheaper and easier to get the Standard Alsa bus for €7.95 (number 520) every hour on the hour and it only takes 40 minutes.”

Do not trust this company left hand luggage on the coach a lovely lady handed it into the driver straight away on locating the office to collect the bag money and items missing so from the driver to the office one of them have stolen the items €290.00 in cash.
Lady on the phone was rude no customer service no help her attitude was disgusting no emergency number or customer care available till Monday!!”

Very very poor service, would suggest paying the extra money for a reliable and trustworthy company. Myself, a friend and our 2 young children (2 years old) came to Dénia for a wedding in October. Our transfer on arrival, was extremely poor, the driver took multiple wrong turns meaning our 1 hour 4 minute journey took 2 hours 30 minutes. In addition, our return journey to airport was confirmed the day prior, the transfer did not turn up. We checked the booking and it says “sometimes our drivers could be upto 1 hour late” so we gave it 45 minutes before calling the out of hours number, who report we where down as “no shows” although our hotel reception confirmed we had been sat there and waiting for the full duration and 15 minutes prior to pick up time. When I called the out of hours number, I explained situation and that we had been sat waiting and had 2 young children to be told “well I suggest you start making your own way to the airport”, and would not arrange a further transfer for our “no show” journey. Very poor and I’ll be telling people to avoid at all costs and reviewing on all websites”
“Dropped us at the wrong hotel
Then after the hotel reception ringing you the day before we were to be picked up you told him that I should be outside the Rialto at 10:00 and we were there at 09:30 till 10:15 when we rang you at 10:15 you said driver was there and we had to make our own way to the airport and speak to agent, so it cost me 78 euros to get to the airport so a very expensive stressful end to a holiday

“Pick up from the airport was fine but the pick up from the resort was a disaster - the details of pick provided to the hotel were completely wrong, the pick up venue was completely different and when the bus finally arrived, an hour late, the driver wouldn’t allow us on the bus because he said we weren’t on his list! then he said he’d been waiting for us at another hotel (a mystery to us because he’d said we weren’t even on his list), after I put him on the phone to his office he was reluctantly persuaded to take us to the airport - it was very distressing”

Definitely the last time for me . I advice everybody to take the ALSA BUS.
Cheaper as well and good service.

“Wasn’t picked up for return to airport . Call after 30 minute waiting to be told the driver had been and picked us up . HAHAH.!.
Yes obviously that’s why I’m sat waiting and calling them . So was told to get a taxi and apply for a refund with now I’m back . Trying to get in touch through email is a joke they given me a number of times now a email address that isn’t correct . THE TAXI WAS INFACT CHEAPER THAN HALF THE TRANFER PRICE I PAID SO LESSON LEARNED THEIR ALSO . Really rubbish company rubbish customer service when there’s a issue . Great at taking your cash.very sketchy from there .”

Went back to service desk told to wait at one side
Left there for 20 minutes
No information given to me
Went outside waited another 30 minutes before driver turned up
Then waited another 30 minutes on the bus for late passengers
All in all a terrible experience

“Waited at airport for 35 mins apparently waiting for one other passenger, this I can accept but when eventually we left the airport on route to our resort the driver drove like a total lunatic swerving in and out of other cars causing them to break, also speeding and on a few occasions we noticed he looked like he was falling asleep. We asked him to slow down as we were frightened and after a grin from him he eventually slowed down a little. On the way home from the airport we had a different driver who was excellent and extremely courteous. Benidirrect I think you need to monitor the first driver before he kills somebody”
“Terrible company do not use they left us stranded outside the Levante beach club waiting for our transfer that didn’t turn up and when the receptionist phoned the company they told her that we wasn’t there which was clearly a lie”
“Would give 0 stars if possible. - AVOID
We gave the correct exact address for drop off and were dropped to a restaurant, the driver refused to stop after repeatedly telling him he was going the wrong way. This added another about 20 minutes to our trip and he avoided tolls which added more time too. Paying 120+ euros for a driver to avoid tolls and ignore you is ridiculous. For the return journey, the driver was 55 minutes late with no apology or reason why. I rang three times and spoke to an extremely rude staff member (2 of the three times) and was told three times driver is delayed by 15 mins then 5 mins and that I wouldn't get a refund if we got a taxi to the airport. No communication on where he was or phone call during the whole hour. He went to the wrong location when we had entered the correct and exact address on our booking. We nearly missed checking in luggage, it was an awful and stressful experience”
“We had arrived in Alicante Airport about 1pm. After we picked up our luggage, we went down to get a bus to get our resort. The lady told us to go to Gate 21. When we went there, no driver was there. We had waited about an hour until the bus doors had even opened. We were then told that we had to wait on the other flights to arrive to fill up the bus. Then, when the driver had finally came she told the passengers to go back into the airport and buy masks. Once everyone had came back, they had went outside to have a talk. Holding up the bus. The bus went through Benidorm, dropping people off at two at a time! Thankfully, a bunch of people got off at one stop. We didn't arrive at our resort at 5pm. Disgraceful service!”
“We booked a return trip from Alicante to Calpe. On both occasions they forgot about the baby chair so my 13 months old son made two long trips without a safety belt.”

Terrible experience on return to airport.
We were asked to be at pickup point for 8.10 but coach didn’t arrive until 9.20 . One hour and and 10minutes late!
Contacted office and no help there all we were told was it would be there soon but that they didn’t know how long “soon” would be!
Will never use them again.”
