Pick up from the airport was fine but the pick up from the resort was a disaster - the details of pick provided to the hotel were completely wrong, the pick up venue was completely different and when the bus finally arrived, an hour late, the driver wouldn’t allow us on the bus because he said we weren’t on his list! then he said he’d been waiting for us at another hotel (a mystery to us because he’d said we weren’t even on his list), after I put him on the phone to his office he was reluctantly persuaded to take us to the airport - it was very distressing
